Recessed (can) lighting is our most-requested lighting service. We install IC-rated LED recessed lights in new and existing ceilings — including insulated ceilings where fire-rated housings are required. Proper spacing, beam angle selection, and dimmer compatibility ensure even, flicker-free illumination.
Smart home wiring prepares your home for current and future technology. This includes: structured wiring (Cat6 ethernet to every room), smart switch installation (Lutron, Leviton), smart thermostat wiring, security camera power and data, doorbell camera wiring, and whole-home audio pre-wire. Planning during construction or remodel saves significant cost compared to retrofit.
LED upgrades reduce lighting energy costs by 75% compared to incandescent and 30% compared to CFL. We help select the right color temperature (2700K warm, 3000K neutral, 4000K bright) for each space and install compatible dimmers that don't cause flickering or buzzing.
