Can I transfer my plan?
Yes! Your Service Partner Plan can be transferred to your new home, or to the buyer of the home you're selling — your choice.
What if I have multiple HVAC units?
Each plan covers one AC unit and one furnace. If you have multiple systems, additional plans can be added to cover each unit.
What if I need an emergency repair?
Service Partner members get priority scheduling for emergency calls. Plus, the $79 diagnostic fee is waived and after-hours fees are reduced by 50%.
Do the discounts apply to all services?
Yes. The 15% discount applies to repairs for heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical. The 5% discount applies to equipment replacements. Discounts can also be combined with manufacturer rebates.
Is there a contract?
The plan is a 12-month commitment at $20/month, or you can pay $240 upfront for the full year.
