We install and integrate Ecobee SmartThermostat, Google Nest, Honeywell Home, and other WiFi models. Installation requires running wiring from your existing thermostat location or adding C-wire (common) if needed. Most homes have existing thermostat wiring that supports smart models; we assess during the initial visit.
