In-home estimates for new equipment are always free. That covers AC replacement, furnace replacement, heat pump install, water heater replacement, water softener, reverse osmosis, EV charger install, panel upgrade, and any other new-install quote.
The reason: a proper quote requires measuring, looking at ductwork or wiring, and running load calculations — that's real work, but we consider it part of earning your business. Repair calls are different. HVAC carries a $79 dispatch and diagnostic fee; plumbing and electrical carry a $39 dispatch fee.
Either one is waived if you approve the repair. The fee covers real work: getting a licensed tech and a stocked truck to your door, then testing components, measuring voltages, pulling pressures. If we spend an hour on it and you decide to wait, we've still done the work.
