Our diagnostic fee covers the technician's time, truck, and the actual diagnostic work — it's not a 'show-up' charge. HVAC repair diagnostics are $79. Electrical and plumbing repair diagnostics are $39. In both cases, if you approve the repair at the visit, the diagnostic fee is waived and credited toward the repair.
If you decide not to move forward, the fee still applies because we've done real work (testing, measuring, explaining) to identify the issue.
In-home estimates for new equipment (AC, furnace, water heater, water softener, EV charger, panel upgrade, etc.) are always free — we don't charge to quote a replacement because the quote itself is part of earning your business.
