Plumber / Plumbing Technician

About this role

Plumbing is one of our fastest-growing trades. We handle service calls, water-heater swaps, water softener + RO installs, drain cleaning, sewer-line work, and full repipes. Our plumbers run a fully stocked van with capacity for tank, tankless, and heat-pump water heater inventory.

We do not do new-construction tract work. Every job is service or remodel — variety, repeat customers, real problem-solving.

What you'll do day to day

• Service calls: leaks, fixture repair/replacement, drain clogs, water heater service, sump pumps, pressure issues.
• Installations: tank/tankless/heat-pump water heaters, water softeners, RO systems, whole-home filtration, pressure-regulating valves, expansion tanks.
• Drain cleaning with cable and hydro-jetter. Sewer camera inspection. Trenchless and traditional sewer-line repair.
• Write quotes for repair vs replace. Document with photos for the customer file.
• Maintain inventory on the van — restock at the warehouse each evening or as needed.

Requirements

• Utah Journeyman Plumber license OR Master Plumber license (or able to obtain within first 90 days for the right apprentice-level candidate).
• Valid Utah driver's license, clean enough for company-vehicle insurance.
• Comfortable with PEX-A, copper, ABS, PVC, and cast-iron drain work.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice to have (but not required)

• Drain technician certification or hydro-jetting experience.
• Tankless or heat-pump water heater installation experience.
• Water-treatment installation (softeners, RO, whole-home filtration).
• Sewer line / trenchless experience.
